I describe my work as venture design, a strategy that evolved from my roots as a diploma product designer at HfG Offenbach. Instead of designing objects, I design business models. However, a model is nothing without execution.

With over 15 years of experience, I excel at orchestrating projects from start to finish. I build and motivate diverse, interdisciplinary teams, leading them with compelling narratives and the discipline necessary to bridge the gap between abstract vision and concrete reality.
